The company made it right

When I first made my purchase I couldn’t wait to get the two zipper hoodies. They were for my grandson. I was very surprised that I didn’t get a message to verify how I wanted the hoodies to look. So unfortunately when they did arrived they were not what I wanted. They had wrote out the instructions on how I wanted them to look on the back of the Jodie’s. I reached out and asked them if they could make this right for me since I paid for something that was ruined. They were very kind and the second time they sent me proofs to see if I agreed on the way it would look. I just got them Monday and I was very happy on how they looked.
